ABOUT US
About EIS

Essential Investigation Services (EIS) is an independent investigations practice supporting organisations operating in regulated care environments.

The Principal Investigator brings three decades of experience across Commonwealth and State Government agencies, leading complex investigations involving workplace misconduct, reportable conduct, aged care, disability services, child safety and custodial settings.

He holds formal qualifications in Government Investigations and advanced investigative interviewing, and maintains current professional clearances relevant to regulated environments.

EIS is engaged when serious allegations arise and independence is essential. Investigations are structured, evidence based and conducted in accordance with procedural fairness and regulatory obligations.

We work alongside leadership teams, boards and compliance managers to ensure investigations are managed professionally, lawfully and with minimal disruption to service delivery.

Our role is to provide clear, defensible findings that enable confident decision-making.
